Treason

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

Misprision of treason is committed by someone who knows a treason is being or is about to be committed but does not report it to a proper authority.

On the Day of Infamy the Japanese attacked US, killed 3000 Americans and sank some old, obsolete battleships.

We declared total war, transformed the nation into the Arsenal of Democracy and lost 400,000 Americans in combat

When Saudi’s brought down the towers, we started two wars in the middle east that continue to this day.

When the Russians cyber attacked US and installed a stooge into our Presidency, we did nothing. The Russian Stooge, backed by American Oligarchs, Racists and the Republican Party has caused more damage than any other attack on our democracy. They have: destroyed the state department, attacked the justice department, intimidated the free press, assembled a skein of lies, undermining the truth, itself. They insult our allies, damage our trade, cost America jobs, undercut the rule of law, damage our educational system, and demoralize the population, 

We are at war, not with the Russian people, but with the Criminal Power Elite that rules by force, intimidation, lies and murder.  There are those Quislings in America who support them, and undercut our ability to defend our nation. 

We are at war. These people are traitors.
